01Sheet metal fabrication includes two 3000W laser cutting machinery (Mitsubishi and Han's) and two AMADA NCT machinery able to process up to 3000*1500*20mm of aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel with an accuracy of 0.02mm. Nine bending machinery (Toyo, AMADA, EKO, Aike) of 40-100T with maximum processing length of 3000mm. Products with high requirements can undergo a non-marking bending process. Welding equipment can meet customers' different welding processes such as argon arc welding, carbon dioxide, resistance welding, and OTC robotic arm automatic welding equipment.
02Stamping manufacturing and processing equipment has two 300Ts, five 200Ts, five 160Ts, eleven 110Ts, twelve 80Ts, three 60Ts, five 45Ts, and three 25Ts. The maximum processing table is 2500*800mm. With high production flexibility, different tonnage and multiple punches, we can manufacture different products at the same time while meeting the requirements customer products. Also equipped with ten mechanical arms, which effectively improve product quality and production efficiency, and greatly shorten customer delivery.
